Screech into this real-time Formula 1 simulation featuring 22 cars, the most famous drivers, and 16 Formula 1 World Championship tracks. F1 Racing Simulation is as real as the race can be... without sitting in the actual cockpit! Challenge other racers, download ghosts and cars, multi-play with up to eight players and more!

• Four different difficulty levels and 7 racing modes (single race, grand prix, championship, customized championship, challenge, training school, and time attack)

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

• Pentium processors 120 MHz or higher
• 3Dfx or Power VR 3D graphic accelerator card
• A 100% Windows 95-compatible computer system (including CD-ROM drive, video card, sound card and input devices)
• 256-color SVGA (640 x 480)
• 16 MB RAM
• Quad-speed CD-ROM drive (600K/sec transfer rate)
• Hard disk drive with 80 MB of uncompressed space available
• Keyboard/mouse/joypad/joystick support/speakers
• Runs best with a Thrustmaster Formula T2

General Information (From Operation 3DFX)
Gamesmania had some info posted about the future of F1 Racing Simulation. Here is the info that was posted:

UbiSoft have enlisted the aid of top racing engineer and car behavior specialist David Douillard to assist gamers in setting up their cars for F1 Racing Simulation. The Melbourne and Brazil tracks have already been analyzed and more circuits will be added as the real F1 season unfolds. Available now in the Driving section of UbiSoft's website here.

Version 1.09 Patch
This v1.09 patch fixes the following problems: (From 3DFX Mania)

• Correct the "black sky bug"
• Force FeedBack effects improved
• I-force 2.0 support added
• Force FeedBack for the steering wheel added
• Corrects some displaying bugs encountered with the Voodoo2.
• Light correction on the steering wheel's start-up.
• Replays : sound added
• Time display : a incoherence between time displayed at the end of race and time displayed in F1 Mag was corrected.
• Tyre temperature : a incoherence in tyre temperature variation according to camber was corrected.
• Network : Session detection management was improved for less performance network.
• Voodoo : using several time "restart" in race don't cause the program to crash anymore.
• Voodoo Rush : "load" button is now available.
