Players race through the sprawling metropolis of their choice and tackle pulse-pounding missions that follow one of five exciting story lines.

Wipe out opponents with oil slicks or missile launchers, while bootlegging, rolling and taking screeching turns through city streets in a highperformance sports car. Take opponents on in an urban drag race or cruise through your own imported SimCity 2000 city or one of Streets' 50+ pre-loaded SimCity 2000 cities. Network play over LAN, Internet, or modem.

CHEATS

All cheat codes are entered using the cheat code dialog box accessed by pressing CTRL-ALT-X. Cheat codes are case sensitive. Quotation marks are not entered.

• "cruise control" Turns on cruise control.
• "im back" Repairs all damage.
• "lock and load" Refills ammo.
• "mr fabulous" Makes the player invulnerable.

Note: These codes only work in the Player's Choice part of the game. Cheat codes are disabled during Scenario & Network play.

PATCHES

Maxis released a patch ( 467 KB ) for The Streets of Sim City. This patch fixes a problem with 3Dfx Voodoo Rush based accelerators. This fixes the problem with failing to enter hardware accelerated mode. You will also need to make sure you have the latest Voodoo Rush drivers from your board manufacturer. Voodoo Rush Glide drivers previous to version 2.43 will not work with Streets of SimCity.
