A new game developer known as Low Earth Orbit is currently working on a new 3D racing sim known as Ground Zero Racing.   Here's a little bit about the game:

GROUND ZERO RACING:
Ground Zero Racing is a high intensity 3D racing simulation. Race through 30 tracks in 8 exotic zones, battling in one of over 15 vehicles. Customize your vehicle with a multitude of weapons ranging from Rail guns to Vortex mines. Beat your opponents down mercilessly with mercurial reflexes and superior firepower. Can you survive the heat at Ground Zero?
