These cheats come from Operation 3DFX:
CMGARAGE - Extra Vehicles,
found in the two empty garages after the Laguna.
Tank - Horn button shoots weapon and yes, you can destroy opposition
cars with your firepower !
Flexmobile - Rear Wheel Drive, sticks to the road quite well.
XBOOSTME - Weird one
this, will speed the game up, in a jerk-o-vision sort of way.
CMCOPTER - Helicopter view,
that fly's around the circuit. No good as a racing mode, but gives
you a nice look around the track. When enabled I found only the Silverstone
track was available. (One Player Mode Only)
CMSTARS - Gives the sky a nice
and pretty evening look...
CMNOHITS - Will enable you
to drive right through the other cars as though they aren't there.
A nice little feature to this code is that the opponent cars will still
react in the same way as normal racing !
CMMICRO - Top Down racing view
(as in Micro Machines).
CMCHUN - Go-Kart View (basically
in car view has no dash etc, just wheel and hands).
CMDISCO - Disco Fog
CMFOLLOW - Film Camera View (One
Player Mode Only), basically the camera will follow the car from various
angles as seen in the DEMO mode.
CMLOGRAV - Low Gravity.CMTOON -
Cartoon Horizon
CMRAINUP - Rain falls upwards
CMTOON - No description listed

CMCATDOG - have some cat and dog
falling from the sky
CMMAYHEM - Don't exactly know what
it does, but it seems the collision is more crazy :)

are bigger on the in car view

CMLOCK - LOCK UP ALL THE TRACKS

There is also a Track Patch available from Operation 3DFX (only 3K in size) which according to their TOCA cheats page does the following:
"INFO: After the successful installation you are ready to race ALL tracks of the game (even the bonusttrack LavaLand). Beside that you are now allowed to choose all cars of the game. Many of you gamblers outta there werent able to make it thru the whole game because of the difficulty they encountered while trying to beat the PC. One last xmas hint: Choose the tank as vehicle and start the race. Now hit the key for the horn and enjoy. Flying cars are the result =) Just give it a go..."

"I have worked out how to edit the program to release all nine circuits
plus the additional 'arcade' type circuit. From installation you only
have Donnington and Silverstone available, you must complete two championships
rounds - scoring enough points ! - at each circuit (in
order) in order to release each track for single race / time trial
etc. This is crackers !
Accidentally I have also discovered that if you drive around the chevron barrier at 'Cascades' at Oulton Park, you can actually drive the full, 'long' circuit. I would be very interested to know if anyone has found a way to remove the chevron barrier and drive a race on the full circuit. Incidentally, if you try doing the same thing at Brands Hatch then you simply hit the 'Out of Bounds' sign - strange how Oulton Park has the full track.
PATCHES

TOCA Touring Car Championship patch available from Codemasters that
improves network play and improves all around graphic card support. Spanish
and Italian users need this
patch.
